Datawind is ready to launch its upgraded version of UbiSlate tablet in Indian market. UbiSlate 7C price in India is set at Rs. 3,999 which is top end model of the 2 tablets launched recently. UbiSlate 7+ is another model which is set at price of Rs. 2,999. 

Both the tablets come with similar specifications, only that the UbiSlate 7C comes with 4GB of internal flash memory compared to 2GB in the UbiSlate 7+, and the 7c has a capacitive touchscreen while the 7+ has a resistive screen.256MB RAM and are powered by Cortex A8 800 MHz processor. Other features include 3200 mAh battery, Android 2.3, GPRS as well as Wi-Fi connectivity.

Datawinds has also got a few partnerships in place for its new tablets. As a part of which, Aircel will be offering UbiSlate users 2GB of GPRS data for Rs 100 a month. For the content bit, Datawind has partnered with Yahoo India, and these tablets will come pre-loaded with Yahoo services.

UbiSlate 7+ booking can be done at the official site of the company. The booking for March and April 2012 is already over and interested customers can book for May 2012 delivery.
